The Mentoring Children of Prisoners Support Center is seeking committed individuals to serve on its Advisory Board to fill 8  open seats. If you are affiliated with an MCP program and would like to share your opinions or expertise to make sure that the Support Center is meeting the needs of the MCP community, you are encouraged to apply. Applicants can be MCP program staff, mentors, mentees, parents of mentees, experts in the field, or formerly incarcerated individuals. The Advisory Board meets 4 times per year - 2 in-person meetings and 2 teleconferences; also, board member terms are one year and can be renewed. MCP Support Center covers travel expenses for the in-person meetings. Please complete the attached application and return to the MCP Support Center for consideration by Feb. 1, 2010.
