Occasionally, website users with earlier versions of Microsoft have difficulty opening MCP Support Center documents. To eliminate this problem, we suggest downloading the FREE Word 2007 Microsoft Compatability Pack available here on the Microsoft website.

This 'patch' will allow you to open, edit, and save documents, workbooks, and presentations in the file formats new to Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007.
