Maggie Allen

Maggie Allen has worked in the human services field for over 25 years and brings experience from the fields of criminal justice, child welfare, family therapy, program evaluation and non-profit community development. Before joining the MANY staff, Maggie was the project director for the STARS Mentoring Program in Arizona and was a trained peer monitor for MCP programs. Maggie also brings extensive consulting experience in working with Native American communities in the southwest on issues such as child welfare, staff training and development, community development, grant writing, and program implementation.
Chet Hart
Technical Assistance (TA) Manager

Chet brings a wealth of mentoring experienceand partnership development including over 20 years of non profit agency experience in both the areas of fund development and program development as well as being a trained Child Custody Mediation Specialist. He has worked with the National Offices of both Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and the Advent Christian Churches of America. He is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and technical assistance provider, who has spent his work dedicated to youth.
Anita Lichman

Anita R. Lichman has spent the last 12 years working in senior management and consulting roles in the non-profit industry focusing on child welfare, homelessness, and international human rights. She holds a Masters degree in social work, a Bachelors degree in human development and family relations and a post-graduate certificate in human services management. Anita is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. She also has extensive training in organizational development and assessment, strategic planning, non-profit management and conflict resolution.
Susan Spagnuolo

Susan has over 30 years of experience working with, and on behalf of, youth in high-risk situations and their families. She has 18 years of experience in the delivery of customized, comprehensive technical assistance support to community- and faith-based agencies that serve youth and families in a variety of program settings. Susan is a skilled facilitator and consultant, with expertise in many areas of the youth services field including alternative education, mentoring and dating/partner violence.
Cynthia Weiman Shields

Cynthia is well known for her ability to provide agencies with up-to-date program innovations, cutting-edge training, best practices, and alternative approaches that raise youth services to a new level of quality. Cynthia has diverse direct service experience working with at-risk populations in shelters, school programs, and individual case management. In addition, Cynthia has spent several years working with research, policy, and program development in the fields of education, mentoring, women’s issues, and pregnant and parenting teens.
