The PMS Help Desk provides assistance to all users of the Payment Management System. They are readily available to:

Respond to questions regarding the PMS application

Resolve client connectivity issues to the PMS servers

The Mentoring Children of Prisoners program is administered by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Administration on Children, Youth, and Families (ACYF), Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB). In addition to the MCP project, FYSB (pronounced “fizz-bee”) administers several other programs designed to build communities that strengthen children, youth and families.
